It was a nice place to stay. Comfortable and big rooms.

We stayed three nights. The last day after coming in that night the room had not been cleaned. Called the front desk and the girl refused to bring towels to the room. Said, we do not bring towels. We were willing to accept the bed had not been changed or made. She was not nice.

The room itself was attractive and huge with extremely comfortable bed, the coffee pot as advertised. Location: the hotel was just off restaurants and stores, the airport and the Midland Double-A baseball team park.

Marriott quality, consistent product, polite and professional staff (which is rare in Midland, tx), very clean, perfect amenities, loved the ability to buy a drink in the bar at extended stay, great hot breakfast and pm meal.

Made my reservation on Booked.net for 3 nights, extended stay for 1 night while at the hotel and upon checkout realized that the nightly rate had been increased for each night. Had my Booked.net confo with me but desk agent was unable to resolve. Was told I would be contacted as soon as Manager came in at 8am but I still haven't received a call back.

The rooms with spacious bathroom and a king bed, as example were well-equipped. Everyone working at this modern hotel was helpful. Also, location was good and fantastic, just a short stroll away from Red Oak Plaza: )

great access to parks and cultural attractions for weekend explorers

I had a wonderful time here, especially enjoying the nearby I-20 Wildlife Preserve, just a short walk away, and the comfortable, clean room made my stay even better.

Great for families, but not cheap

The pool area was really great to relax after long days at the fields, nice and clean. And I must mention how helpful the staff was, always attentive to our needs, like when they went out of their way to get extra clean towels for the kids.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but pretty much acceptable for what we got.

The hotel is new and has a nice pool area. The spacious rooms and included meals.

I found the beds to be quite firm for my liking, which might not suit everyone. The curtains didn't block out enough light for a good night's sleep.

pleasant stay with some room for improvement

The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed had ample space, great to relax comfortably during our three nights. The staff was friendly and cute.

Breakfast was just average.

Although there were several bumps during my visit, including slow laundry services and some staff attitudes, the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping was efficient, and the breakfast options were satisfying, making it overall a decent experience worth considering again.

Strongly recommend for an overnight stay

Clean room, friendly staff, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great with a variety of options including hot meals. The hotel has a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool for relaxation.

The only drawback was some noise from outside during the night.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and I appreciated the inviting lobby and well-lit corridors. The staff were attentive.

Improve breakfast variety for seniors' dietary needs.

Our stay here for a conference was quite enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, which was perfect for us to unwind after our busy days. The friendly service and comfortable bed. Though the breakfast could have been better stocked, we found it adequate for our needs. We wouldn't hesitate to return here with our kids in the future.

Firm beds were not my favorite, but the kitchen setup was handy for longer stays.

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy

The spacious King Studio was like my own little paradise with a well-equipped kitchenette. After a day of adventures, the heated outdoor pool was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the warm evening air.
